  1. Saute/fry onion in 1 stick of oleo. Add in flour and stir. Add in half and half, cook till thick. In another skilley, add in: 1/2 stick oleo and 1 lb crawfish.
  2. Saute/fry till tender. Season with seasoning while cooking. When tails are tender, drain and add in to white sauce and add in parsley. Serve over rice, toast or possibly shells. :)
  3. Note: This makes a wonderful warm dip too.
