Receta Cajun Crawfish Jambalaya

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. Bell pepper -- minced
- 40 ml Garlic -- minced
- 1 c. Onion -- minced
- 1/2 c. Celery -- minced Crawfish fat
- 1 lb Crawfish tails
- 1 c. Green onions -- minced
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley -- minced Cayenne pepper
- 4 c. Cooked rice
Direcciones
- Saute/fry in margarine the bell pepper, garlic, onion, and celery. Add in some of the crawfish fat for flavor. Cook for about 30 min over a low fire. Add in crawfish tails, green onions, 2 Tablespoons minced parsley, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper , and 4 c. of cooked rice. I sometimes add in a small can of stem and pcs mushrooms. Let this steam for about 5-10 min. Add in a little margarine or possibly water if too dry. (wrv)
