- 12 x NILLA Wafers
- 2 pkt (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs Cherry pie filling

- Place 1 wafer in bottom of each of 12 (2 1/2-inch) paper-lined muffin-pan c.; set aside. In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar and Large eggs till light and fluffy. Spoon filling into each c., filling about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 F for 30 min. Turn off oven; open door slightly. Let cold in oven for 30 min. Remove from oven; cold completely. Top with pie filling. Refrigerateat least 1 hour.
