  • 2 1/2 lb boneless country-style pork ribs - (to 3 lbs)
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lrg onion quartered, and sliced 1/4" to 1/2" thick
  • 1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. tomato ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 dsh black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp celery seed

Direcciones

  1. Trim off excess fat from ribs. In a large skillet, brown ribs in oil; transfer to the crockpot. Place onion slices over ribs. Combine all sauce ingredients; pour proportionately over ribs and onions. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
  2. This recipe yields 6 servings.
