  • 10 tsp Margarine -- non-dairy
  • 2 tsp Baking soda -- -softened
  • 3 c. Flour, pastry -- whole Wheat
  • 2 tsp Honey or possibly maple syrup -- Less 1 Tbsp.
  • 1 tsp Flour -- soy
  • 1/2 c. Almond lowfat milk -- soy lowfat milk or possibly
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400. In a food processor or possibly by hand, combine margarine, flours, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt.
  2. Combine egg replacer with lowfat milk and honey. Pour into dry mix and mix till dough forms into a ball. Drop batter on a lightly oild cookie sheet in 1/3-c. rounds. Bake 10 to 12 min, then cold on wire rack.
  3. Yields 10to 12 biscuits
