- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 apple, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon caraway
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6-8 pork chops
Direcciones
- In a 12x8 microwavable casserole combine all ingredients except pork chops and mix well. Place pork chops on top. Cover lightly with wax paper. cook on medium 30-40 min, turning chops half way through cooking.
