Ingredients: 1 lb Warm dogs, sliced; 1 med Onion, minced; 1/4 c. Flour; 3/4 tsp Salt; 1 dsh Pepper; 1/2 tsp Dry mustard; 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 c. Catsup; 1/2 c. Water; 1 c. Diced celery; 1/2 c. Grated cheddar cheese (up to 3/4); 1/2 stk margerine

Ingredientes

1 lb Warm dogs, sliced
1 med Onion, minced
1/4 c. Flour
3/4 tsp Salt
1 dsh Pepper
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Catsup
1/2 c. Water
1 c. Diced celery
1/2 c. Grated cheddar cheese (up to 3/4)
1/2 stk margerine

Direcciones

Brown weiners, onion, and celery in margerine. Blend in flour. Add in seasonings, catsup, and water. Cook, covered, on low heat till celery is tender.
Add in cheese. Heat till the cheese melts. Serve in hot warm dog rolls. This will fill about 12 rolls.
Note: When I bought my first house, my next-door neighbor was Lynn Orndorff. She was always cooking and trying new things. This was a keeper she shared with me...about 25 years ago!
