Acerca de mí
I turned my life long passion for cooking into my full time job in 1999, when I set up my Bologna based Cook Italy cooking school. There is no better way to earn a living than teaching people how to make great traditional Italian meals, up dated only in the presentation.

Giovanni - 20 de Julio de 2010Carmelita,
Bologna is my favorite city in Italy. I spent there for a month talking an Italian language & cooking class. I come back to Bologna many times and hope to visit it many more times in the future. Looking forward to seeing your recipes. My blog is http://turosdolci.wordpress.com and my web site is http://pturo.com.
Regards,
Patricia - 02 de Junio de 2010Thanks for yoru good wishes and apologies for my so late reply, I am busy with 6 to 7 hour classes daily right now, so not so good at posting recipes and keeping up with friend's comments here.

http://carmelitascookitalyblog.com - 02 de Mayo de 2010Carmelita, I made the Risi e Bisi last night and paired it with an IGT: Visionario (2009) Bianco delle Venezie--talk about a great pairing. I used the option of sugar snap peas and made the puree which I added to the near-finished dish---M-m-m-m-m! So tasty! Again you are spot on with all you prepare and explain. If you get a chance try the wine. The entire meal was based on Spring ingredients, shared with another couple who loved it as much as we did. Love, Susan1 reply
