Gluten intolerance! Well, actually it's not new, but we finally solved the mystery. Hubs is gluten intolerant, and that now informs ALL OF MY COOKING! I'm gearing Pots and Plots accordingly.

My sister-in-law is gluten-intolerant so my brother started up a gluten-free lifestyle blog about it (including some recipes). I now tag my recipes appropriately as well.
