Receta 30 Day Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. 40% bran flakes
- 4 c. all-bran
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 1 c. minced dates, nuts raisins, etc.
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 x Large eggs
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp soda
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Direcciones
- Mix bran flakes, bran and water and let stand a few min. Add in buttermilk, nuts and shortening and sugar cream. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Sift together dry ingredients (flour, soda and salt) and add in to bran. Mix just barely sufficient to blend. Store in refrigerator up to 30 days. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
