Receta Low Fat Bran Muffins (Ovo Lacto)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 c. All bran or possibly, (raisin bran)
- 1 1/4 c. 2% low fat lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Applesauce
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 . Mix flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and cinnamon in large bowl. Mix cereal, lowfat milk and sugar in another bowl. Let stand 5 min. Stir in egg and applesauce. Add in to flour mix, stir just till moistened (batter will be lumpy). Spoon batter into muffin pan sprayed with no- stick cooking spray. Filling each c. 2/3 full, bake for 18 to 20 min or possibly till golden. Serve hot.
- Makes 12 muffins.
