Receta 4 H Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr, double-acting
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, light
- 1 x Egg
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Oats, quick-cooking
- 1/2 c. Raisins
Direcciones
- Pre-heat oven to 375 . Measure flour,baking pwdr,cinnamon and salt. Sift together. Sit aside.
- In mixing bowl cream margarine and brown sugar. Add in egg, lowfat milk and vanilla.
- Stir flour mix into creamed mix.
- Stir in oats and raisins.
- Drop by tsp. onto greased baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake 12 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Remove cookies from cookie sheet with spatula and cold on wire rack.
