Receta 4 Layer Orange Pineapple Cheese Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 sm. packages. orange Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple, crushed, liquid removed, save juice
- 1 env. Dream Whip
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 12-16 med. ice cubes
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 T flour
- Pineapple juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 pound grated sharp cheese
Direcciones
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add in ice cubes and stir till thickened. Add in liquid removed pineapple. Congeal in 8"x8" Pyrex.Whip one package Dream Whip (per envelope instructions) and add in 8 ounces cream cheese in small amounts, beating in small mixer bowl. Spread over cold Jello. Let set.
- Put together sugar and flour. Add in pineapple juice (and water to make 1 cup), egg yolks, lemon juice and cook till thickened. Cool and spread over Dream Whip. Sprinkle grated sharp cheese on top.
