Receta Salmon And Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 4 x potatoes peeled, and
- Â Â thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 can salmon - (16 ounce) liquid removed and flaked
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
- 1/4 c. water
- Â Â Nutmeg to taste
Direcciones
- Place half of the potatoes in greased crockpot. Sprinkle with half of the flour, salt and pepper. Cover with half the salmon; sprinkle with half the onion. Repeat layers in order.
- Combine soup and water. Pour over potato-salmon mix. Dust with nutmeg. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 10 hrs.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
