Ingredientes
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 box instant pineapple pudding
- 2/3 c. oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (10 ounce) 7-Up
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 T flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 flat can crushed pineapple
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 sm. can coconut
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Put together dry cake and pudding mixes; add in oil. Beat in large eggs, one at a time. Add in 7-Up and beat well. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 min or possibly till cake test done. This cake can be baked in greased layer pans or possibly 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
- Put together sugar and flour. Add in large eggs and mix well. Add in pineapple, butter, and vanilla. Bring to a boil and cook about 5 min. Let cool and add in coconut and minced pecans. Spread over cooled cake.
