Receta 7 - Up Pound Cake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 pound butter
- 1/2 c. butter flavored canned Crisco
- 5 large eggs
- 3 c. Swans Down cake flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 c. 7-up soda
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- Lemon juice as desired for consistency
Direcciones
- Cream together sugar, butter, Crisco and large eggs. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in flour mix alternately with 7-up soda. Add in lemon extract. Pour into greased and lightly floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min.Let cake cool. Remove from pan. Mix confectioners' sugar and lemon juice for glaze. Spoon over top of cake.
