- 1/4 c. Grnd New Mexican Chile
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin seed, Roasted and grnd
- 4 Tbsp. Trappeys Mexi-Pep or possibly Tabasco Or possibly
- 2 Tbsp. Kosher salt
