Receta Acorn Squash Stuffed with Walnuts and Mushrooms; I hate unreliable problems
Ingredientes
- 1 small acorn squash
- 3 medium shallots, sliced
- 3oz (90gr) mushrooms, quartered
- 1/2 cup walnut halves
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tbs tamari (substitute soy sauce)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp powdered ginger
- 15 minutes before squash is done slice shallots; clean and cut mushrooms
