Ingredientes
- 1 sm acorn squash
- 1 x Granny Smith apple peeled, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. diet margarine
Direcciones
- Pierce squash and microwave on HIGH for five min or possibly till tender (turn after three min). While it is cooking, mix apple slices with brown sugar; let stand.
- Cut cooked squash in half and remove seeds. Fill hollowed squash with apple mix. Return it to microwave and cook another two min or possibly till apples are softened. Top each with one Tbsp. of diet margarine.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
