Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt, lowfat
- 1 c. vanilla soy lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. prunes (pitted, rehydrated if necessary)
- 1 whl banana, frzn sliced
- 2 x ice cubes crushed (2 to 4)
Direcciones
- Combine the yogurt and soy lowfat milk in a blender. Add in all the remaining ingredients. Blend till smooth.
- Yield: 2 1/2 c.
