Receta Adobe, Mexican Smoked Chili Marinade
Ingredientes
- 3 x Oranges -- juice of
- Lime -- juice of
- 2 x Chipotle chiles -- (canned)
- Minced
- 3 cl Garlic -- finely minced
- 2 tsp Oregano -- crushed
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Combine orange and lime juices, chiles garlic, oregano, cumin, black pepper, vinegar and salt in blender. Puree till smooth.
- Makes enoughmarinade for l l/2 to 2 pounds meat or possibly chicken. Do you get the Times. On page H 48 there are several marinades that are all low calorie.
