Receta Aidells Sausage Hash

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Red potatoes, cut 1/2" dice
- 1 lrg Onion, cut 1/4" dice
- 1/2 stk unsalted butter
- 4 x Links Aidells(r) Cajun Brand Andouille Sausage, cut 1/2" dice
- 1/2 c. Red bell pepper, cut 1/4" pcs
- 1/2 c. Green bell pepper, cut 1/4" pcs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 c. Finely minced green onions, for garnish
Direcciones
- In a heavy large frying pan, saute/fry the potatoes and onions in the batter over medium heat for 15 min, stirring occasionally. Add in the sausage, bell peppers, salt, black pepper and cayenne, and continue frying till the sausage is browned, about 5 min. Add in salt and pepper to taste and serve garnished with green onions.
- Can substitute New Mexico Brand Smoked Turkey and Chicken Sausage, Smoked Spicy Santa Fe Brand Turkey and Chicken Sausage, Fresh Mexican Beef Chorizo
- (removed from casing), Smoked Turkey and Chicken Sausage with Sun-Dry Tomatoes, etc.
