Receta Alabama Rum Cream Pie

Ingredientes
- 5 x egg yolks
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 21/2 Tbsp. plain gelatin
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 3/4 c. cream
- 3 Tbsp. dark rum (or possibly to taste)
- crumb pie shell (10-inch)
Direcciones
- Beat egg yolks till light and add in sugar. Soak gelatin in cool water; put over low heat, till dissolved. Pour over sugar and egg mix, stirring briskly. Whip cream till stiff, fold into the egg mix, and flavor with rum. Refrigeratetill mix begins to set; then pour into pie shell. Refrigeratetill hard. Sprinkle top generously with shaved bittersweet chocolate curls. Ganish with whipped cream, if you like, and serve cool.
