Receta All Bran Seed Loaf

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Sesame seeds
- 2 tsp Poppy seeds
- 3/4 c. Orange juice
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Bran cereal
Direcciones
- Stir together flour, baking pwdr, salt and seeds. In large bowl, beat together orange juice, honey, Large eggs and cereal. Let stand 2 minutes. Add in flour mix, stirring only till well combined. Spread proportionately in greased 8.5 x 4.5 x 2" loaf pan. Bake at 350f about 40 minutes. Let cold 10 minutes and remove from pan. Cold completely before slicing.
