  • 2 med potatoes
  • 2 med carrots
  • 1 med onion
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine vermouth, beer or possibly chicken stock
  • 1 x bay leaf broken in half
  • 10 ounce frzn green beans

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Wash the potatoes but don't peel. Cut in quarters.
  2. Wash carrots and cut into 2 inch chunks. Peel onion and cut into wedges.
  3. In an ungreased 8x12" or possibly 9x13" baking dish, arrange the chicken, potatoes, carrots and onion. Pour the wine or possibly other liquid over the chicken. Add in the bay leaf. Cover baking dish with foil.
  4. Bake the chicken for 1 hour. Uncover the chicken and add in the green beans.
  5. Continue baking for 10-15 min or possibly till the chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
