Receta All-Natural Instant Oatmeal Packets

- Oatmeal Base:
- 6 cups instant oats
- 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1T wheat germ (optional)
- 2 tsp. flaxseed (optional)

- 2T cinnamon
- 2T brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups dried apples, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup dates, chopped
- Ingredients for Lovely Blueberry Oatmeal:
- 2T cinnamon
- 2T brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup dried blueberries
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds, coarsely chopped
- Ingredients for Almond Peach Lavender Oatmeal
- 2T vanilla powder (optional)
- 2T brown sugar
- 1T finely chopped lavender leaves
- 2 cups dried peaches
- 1 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
Direcciones
- Measure 5 cups instant oats into a bowl. Set aside.
- Combine 1 cup oats, sea salt, wheat germ and flaxseed in food processor. Pulsate until it forms a powdery mixture. This mixture will thicken the oatmeal.
- Stir the powdery mixture into the bowl of oats.
- Choose your flavoring option. Stir in the spices and sugar. Then, stir in the larger ingredients like fruits and nuts.
- Store in serving-size Ziploc bags.
- Prepare as you would any instant oatmeal!
