Ingredients: 1/2 c. butter; 1 c. sugar; 2 x egg yolks; 2 tsp vinegar or possibly lemon juice; 1 c. raisins; 1 c. pecans minced; 1 tsp vanilla; 2 x egg whites, stiffly beaten; 1 x 9 inch pie shell

Ingredientes

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 x egg yolks
2 tsp vinegar or possibly lemon juice
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans minced
1 tsp vanilla
2 x egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 x 9 inch pie shell

Direcciones

Cream butter and sugar. Add in egg yolks and vinegar. Beat well. Add in raisins, nuts and vanilla. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 300-325 for 1 hour.
