Receta Alma's Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3 to 4 med. bananas)
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 2/3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom of a loaf pan. Mix sugar and butter in a bowl. Stir in large eggs till blended. Add in bananas and water. Beat 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients till well blended. Pour into pan. Bake till a wooden toothpick, when inserted, comes out clean. For an 8 inch pan, bake for 1 1/4 hrs. For a 9 inch pan, bake for 55 to 60 min. Cool for 5 min. Loosen sides of loaf from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Makes one loaf bread (24 slices).
