Receta Almond Cheese Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pound cream cheese (room temp.)
- 3 lg. large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced almonds
Direcciones
- Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add in (1 at a time) the large eggs. Add in the vanilla and the almond extract. Blend in minced almonds and lowfat sour cream by hand. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and cool in oven for 1 hour.
