Receta Almond Double Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, Softened
- 3/4 c. Packed light brown sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
- 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. Vanilla lowfat milk chips
- 1/2 c. Slivered blanched almonds
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375'F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or possibly leave ungreased. Beat butter and brown sugar in large bowl till creamy. Beat in egg and almond extract. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
- Blend in butter mix. Stir in semisweet and vanilla lowfat milk chips and almonds. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 3" apart, onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 min or possibly till light brown. Don't OVERBAKE.
- Cold 2 min on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks to cold completely.
- Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
