Receta Almond Joy Cake!

Ingredientes
- 1 devil's food cake mix
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 30 lg. marshmallows
- 1 (14 ounce) pkg. shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 stick butter
- 6 ounce chocolate chips
- 1 c. whole almonds
Direcciones
- Bake cake fold in Texas sheet cake pan (jelly roll pan) as package directs. Cool. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 1/2 cups evaporated lowfat milk; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately add in marshmallows and coconut. Stir till marshmallows heat. Spread onto cake and allow to cool completely. Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup evaporated lowfat milk, and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add in chocolate chips and almonds. Stir to dissolve chocolate chips. Spread over mallow layer. Chill.
