Receta Almond Joy Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Chocolate cake mix with pudding
- 1 lrg can evaporated lowfat milk, (devided use)
- 2 1/2 c. Sugar (devided use)
- 26 lrg marshmallows
- 1 pkt Coconut (14 ounce.)
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1 pkt Chocolate chips (12 ounce.)
- 1 pkt Slivered almonds (3 1/2 ounce.)

- In a 9 x 13 pan bake chocolate cake according to directions on package.
- In a saucepan, mix together 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk, 1 c. sugar, marshmallows and coconut. Heat till marshmallows are melted. Pour over warm cake.
- In a saucepan, heat margarine, then add in remaining 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk. Bring to a boil; add in chocolate chips.
- Stir till chips are melted. Then add in almonds. Pour mix cake.
