Receta Aloha Burgers

Ingredientes
- 8 x Our pineapple slices
- 3/4 c. Teriyaki sauce
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 lrg Sweet onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 4 x Lettuce leaves
- 4 x Onion or possibly sesame seed buns, , split And toasted
- 4 slc Swiss cheese
- 4 x Bacon strips, cooked
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple juice into a small bowl; add in teriyaki sauce. Place 3 Tbsp. in a resealable plastic bag. Add in pineapple and rotate to coat; set aside. Shape beef into four patties; place in a 8" square baking dish. Pour the remaining teriyaki sauce mix over patties; marinate for 5-10 min, turning once. In a skillet, saut onion in butter till tender, about 5 min. Grill or possibly broil burgers till no long pink. Place pineapple on grill or possibly under broiler to heat through.
- Layer lettuce and onion on bottom of buns. Top with burgers, cheese, pineapple and bacon. Replace tops; serve immediately.
