  • 8 x Our pineapple slices
  • 3/4 c. Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 lrg Sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 4 x Lettuce leaves
  • 4 x Onion or possibly sesame seed buns, , split And toasted
  • 4 slc Swiss cheese
  • 4 x Bacon strips, cooked

Direcciones

  1. Drain pineapple juice into a small bowl; add in teriyaki sauce. Place 3 Tbsp. in a resealable plastic bag. Add in pineapple and rotate to coat; set aside. Shape beef into four patties; place in a 8" square baking dish. Pour the remaining teriyaki sauce mix over patties; marinate for 5-10 min, turning once. In a skillet, saut onion in butter till tender, about 5 min. Grill or possibly broil burgers till no long pink. Place pineapple on grill or possibly under broiler to heat through.
  2. Layer lettuce and onion on bottom of buns. Top with burgers, cheese, pineapple and bacon. Replace tops; serve immediately.
