Ingredientes

  • 1 box White Cake Mix
  • 2 box Orange Gelatin Pwdr
  • 1 c. Boiling Water
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Salad Oil
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 box Powdered Sugar
  • 1 can Pineapple
  • 5 x Sections Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 x Maraschino Cherry Coconut

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve gelatin in warm water. Cold a few min.
  2. Add in gelatin to cake mix with all remaining ingredients. Mix about 2 min on medium speed.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 1/2 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
  5. FROSTING:Combine, pineapple with powdered sugar. Mix well and spread on warm cake.
  6. Sprinkle coconut over pineapple.
  7. Decorate top with five mandarin orange sections in a circle with a maraschino cherry in the center.
