- 1/2 lb Grnd pork
- 1 tsp Grated ginger root
- 1 bot (13-ounce) miso
- 1/2 c. Minced green onions
- 1/4 c. Sugar
Direcciones
- In a skillet brown pork with ginger. Add in green onions; lower heat and cook, stirring constantly, about 2 min. Stir in sugar and miso; mix well. Continue cooking on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 min.
- Serve over warm rice.
