Receta Andalucian asparagus
I really liked this. The tangy, crispy topping was a win in my opinion.

Ingredientes
- 1 bundle asparagus
- skank 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 c plain bread crumbs
- 1/8 c almond meal
- 3 T minced garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 T red wine vinegar
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a skillet.
- Add the garlic, bread crumbs, and almond meal and heat until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the paprika, cumin and vinegar.
- In the same pan, add a little more oil and the asparagus.
- Cook the asparagus until the desired tenderness is reached, adding a little water to steam if needed.
- Serve with the bread crumb mixture over top.
