Receta Andrea's Pineapple Walnut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Crushed pineapple
- 2 c. Sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Lemon extract
- 2/3 c. Minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Cream sugars, shortening and egg. Add in pineapple and then sift flour, salt, soda, baking pwdr together and add in to sugar mix. Add in lemon extract and walnuts.
- Drop by teaspoonsful onto a greased cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
