Receta Anise Carrots

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Carrots, peeled, sliced
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 6 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Anise, crushed
- 6 Tbsp. Orange juice
Direcciones
- 1. Cook carrots in salted water till tender. Drain.
- 2. Saute/fry onion in 2 tbs. of butter till soft.
- 3. Return carrots to saucepan. Add in remaining butter, anise and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Cook over medium heat till butter has melted and ingredients have blended. Stir occasionally. Serve warm.
