Receta Another Garlic Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Garlic, peeled & chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2/3 c. Tomatoes
- 1 quart Beef stock Pepper Croutons
Direcciones
- Combine garlic & onion in a bowl. Heat oil in a large pot. Add in garlic & onion & saute/fry until soft. Don't brown. Add in minced tomatoes & stir in well. After a few min, stir in stock & pepper. Simmer for 15 min.
- Add in salt if you like.
- Serve with croutons.
- One word of advice, though...it calls for one whole c. of garlic for one qt of stock in this recipe. My wife made this recipe, and I'd
- *definitely* recommend using less garlic than it calls for...probably around 1/2 c. at the most. We added more tomatoes than the recipe called for.
