Receta Molded Avocado Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. avocado or possibly 2 med. size avocados
- 1 pkg. lime Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 healthy pinch salt
Direcciones
- 1. Dissolve Jello in water.
- 2. Add in salt and lemon juice.
- 3. RefrigerateJello, salt and lemon juice till syrupy.
- 4. Add in mayonnaise, mashed avocados and whip till smooth.
- 5. Add in celery and nuts.
- 6. Mix in whipped cream.
- 7. Pour into a 1 qt mold and chill till hard. Serve with grapefruit sections.
