  • 2 med Pita breads, about 6 inches
  • 2 x Sliced tomatoes
  • 4 x Chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 bn Fresh basil
  • 8 tsp Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Separate each pita into two. Spread 1 chopped garlic clove onto each pita round. Arrange 4-6 basil leaves over garlic. Top with 3 slices of tomatoes.
  2. Sprinkle about 2 Tbsp. of shredded cheese on each and drizzle 2 tsp. of extra virgin olive oil on each.
  3. Bake on cookie sheet in 400 degree oven for about 15 min or possibly till cheese melts and pizzas are bubbly. Serve immediately.
  4. Makes 4 small pizzas
