Receta Apple Berry Clafouti

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Thinly sliced apples
- 1/2 c. Frzn raspberries or possibly cranberries
- 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Each nutmeg and salt
- 2 Tbsp. Packed brown sugar
Direcciones
- In bowl, toss apples and raspberries with half of the granulated sugar; spread proportionately in greased 10 inch pie plate.
- In separate bowl, whisk together remaining granulated sugar, Large eggs, lowfat milk, flour, vanilla, nutmeg and salt till smooth; pour over fruit.
- Bake in 350 F oven for about 40 min or possibly till puffed and set.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar; broil for about 3 min or possibly till dark golden brown. Serve hot.
- Makes 6 servings.
