Receta Apple Breakfast Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 c. cooked brown rice
- 1 x apple sliced
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 1/4 c. apple juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Direcciones
- Mx ingrediants in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for ten min or possibly till apples soft.
- I mix this up and put in the microwave while I shower and when I am done I have a quick, wonderful, filling breakfast. I usually put in extra cinnamon just because I love it. You could omit the nutmeg, I just love it.
- NOTES : I love this for a hot breakfast which is very filling.
