Receta Apple Crisp with Crystallized Ginger Topping
Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. AP flour
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. white sugar
- 2 T. crystallized ginger (I chopped mine fine- it would have been WAY chunky otherwise)
- 1/4 t. salt (omit if you use salted butter)
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 4 T. butter, cut into chunks
- 5 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 T. white sugar
- 1 T. AP flour
