- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 2 c. Apples, thinly sliced & pared
- 2 Tbsp. Nuts, minced
- 2/3 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk, to 3 Tbs lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400. Grease 9 x 9 square pan. Mix baking mix, lowfat milk, sugar and egg; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread half of the batter in pan. Arrange apple slices on batter; sprinkle with half of the topping. Spread remaining batter over apple slices; sprinkle with remaining topping. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake about 25 min, cold. Drizzle with glaze. Topping: Combine dry ingredients, then cut in margarine.
