Receta Apple Drop Biscuits
Ingredientes
- 1 c. biscuit mix (I use Bisquick mix)
- 2 T minced walnuts, optional
- 1 T sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 c. apple juice or possibly apple cider
- 1/4-1/2 c. shredded, peeled apple
Direcciones
- In small bowl put together Bisquick mix, minced nuts, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients.In another small bowl put together the shredded apple and the apple juice. Add in the apple mix - all at once - to the dry ingredients. Stir till dough clings together.
- Drop the dough from a tbsp onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min. Serve warm (is better). Makes 6-8 biscuits.
