- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 2/3 c. applesauce
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine softened or possibly melted
- 2 x apples peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 x egg lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. hard butter or possibly margarine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 c. minced nuts (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine first 9 ingredients. Spread in a lightly greased 3 1/2-qt crock pot (or possibly spread in a lightly greased baking dish that fits in a larger-sized crock pot).
- Combine streusel ingredients with a fork or possibly pastry blender; sprinkle over the batter. Cover and cook on high for about 2 1/2 hrs, till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
