Receta Apple Fruit Nut Bar (No Shortening)

Ingredientes
- 1 2/3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs or possibly egg substitute
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. finely minced tart apples
- 3/4 c. minced walnuts
- Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Put together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Set aside. In bowl beat large eggs, sugars and vanilla. Beat 3-4 min on high speed. Stir in dry ingredients by hand mixing just till all is combined. Mix in apples and walnuts.Spread batter in pan pushing well into corners. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min till cake is pale tan and hard to touch. Cool and cut into squares.
