Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1 c. Rolled oats
- 1/4 c. Oat bran
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 2 1/2 c. Sliced apples
- 1/2 c. Sugar
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, oat bran, baking soda, and brown sugar. Add in margarine and oats, and cream till crumbly. Spread half of mix in greased 7- by 10-inch pan. Arrange apple slices over it. Dot margarine on apples. Sprinkle sugar on top. Cover with remaining mix. Bake 40 min. Cut into 2- by 2-inch squares while hot.
