Ingredientes
- 2 c. complete pancake mix
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. chunky cinnamon applesauce sliced apples for garnish
Direcciones
- Preheat griddle to 375*F.
- Combine pancake mix, water and applesauce in a bowl. Stir just till the large lumps disappear.
- Lightly brush griddle or possibly skillet with vegetable oil.
- Pour about 1/4 c. batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook about 1 minute or possibly till bubbles break on top. Flip pancake and cook an additional minute or possibly till brown.
- Garnish with sliced apples before serving.
- Makes 12 Pancakes
